We have a four star 2 year licence with North Northants County Council, allowing us to board up to 4 dogs. We have gradually gained a client base and have regulars coming back to us with their dogs, we follow all instructions carefully and it is vital to us that they are relaxed, happy and part of our family with the resident dog Lilly who is a 2 year old Labrador Retriever.
We try to do everything to make them comfortable at night such as in our bedroom, or in the lounge with Lilly who sleeps in a crate. They have a light left on for them and something playing on Alexa.
Alongside the boarding we offer daycare facilities, pet sitting in your own home, drop ins if the owners are away for a day out. We want you to be able to take that break safe in the knowledge that they are well cared for. If your dog is nervous then we always suggest that it’s a good idea to consider the pet sitting service, it enables them to stay at home and carry on their routine, and as an added bonus your property is lived in and left exactly how we found it, we do get some separation anxiety but usually in a day or so they come round (especially if there is food around).
- Please see further information on our prices and contact us to discuss your requirements and follow the link to our Terms and Conditions Page.
- Please note we require at least 3 visits from your dog to see how it copes without you, at least one of these needs to be an overnight stay, so please bear this in mind when enquiring. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO BOOKING WITH US TO ALLOW FOR THREE TRIALS TO TAKE PLACE BEFORE ACCEPTING THE BOOKING.
- Breed and spayed/neutered information is the most important things we need to know initially as we only tend to deal with small to medium size dogs.
- On successful trials we will accept your booking and secure the dates for you. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT BOARD UNSPAYED/UNNEUTERED DOGS.
- We need them to be house-trained and if possible that they can deal with their stay with us without you, even though there might be separation issues, we do try and keep them calm, safe and relaxed. In extreme cases we will contact your emergency contact numbers to make alternative arrangement as its not fair on your dog to feel so distressed and anxious
- They should ideally be crate trained and over 12 months of age.
- We are currently unable to take in dogs that require daily injections, however, we are looking into maybe expanding into this service. We do not offer drop off or collections.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, please contact us to talk to us about your requirements to see how we can help.
Our payment terms is a non-refundable Booking Fee of 50% and the balance to be paid at least 7 days before commencement. Open all year round, drop off and collection time to be mutually agreed and we do not answer messages after 8.30 p.m. Any after this will be replied to within 24 hours.
